I built a silverstone Ml03b with an a6-3500(stock cooler) and cx430 psu. It's quite a bit louder than I expected and am curious about my options. I also am concerned about heat, where should my temps be in cpuz?

In bios bring the fan cpu cooler fan down. I have the shuriken at Target CPU temperature is 50c/122F ... Target fan speed Level 1
It may just work good but also try Level 3 see witch spins less faster...
