Not sure what I'm doing wrong here but for some reason i can get extrafanart to work in the tv section but not in the movie section (so obviously i enabled it in settings).

for my folder structure i have:

movies
-Prometheus
--fanart.jpg
--movie.mkv
--movie.nfo
--movie.tbn
--extrafanart
---prometheus.b.jpg
---prometheus.c.jpg
---prometheus.d.jpg
---prometheus.jpg

Any ideas why it wouldn't be triggering these extra's since its obviously working under TV for me?

Try dropping the extra 'dot' in the extension - prometheusb.jpg instead of prometheus.b.jpg. That's the only thing that stands out.

Nope. That did not help. I'm at a complete lose why it would work in one section of the Library but not the other.

Are your movies/folders all rar'd?

Recently I started keeping the rar's instead of extracting the mkv but it didn't work when I was extracting.

After I get home from work today, I'll re-do a log with my non rar-ed up files.

hmmm ... so it seems to be working now for movies that are extracted .. unfortunately I don't store my movies that way anymore

honestly laziness .. get them rar-ed up so keep them that way instead of adding additional step of extracting
