every time i start xbmc for mac i have the vol progress bar on the top of the screen and i cant remove it
who can help ??

The bar itself or a red speaker icon? If it's a red speaker icon, just press "=" on the keyboard till the internal volume is all the way back up. If it's the volume bar itself, it should only be showing if that key (or a button from another remote/keyboard/etc) is being pushed.

Ill give it a try ! It might be ither remotes because its the sll volume bar
