it looks like your are trying to run it with an "incomplete" jre (UI libs are missing).
Consulting Google, there are several threads about this exception; maybe THIS thread will help you.

btw: my main computer is running an Arch Linux x64 and its working fine

Quote:#java -version
java version "1.6.0_24"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (IcedTea6 1.11.4) (ArchLinux-6.b24_1.11.4-1-x86_64)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.0-b12, mixed mode)

Got it fixed by installing openjdk-jre. Thanks

Just a fast information for testers with Java7: there is a bug in Java7 (up to u10) which causes tmm to hang.
It is solved with Java7u10 (next update).

To test tmm until Java7u10 is released - just install Java6 Smile

just released Alpha 2 - r55 to the update server;

if you have already downloaded Alpha 2 the autoupdater will download the update;
all others have to download Alpha 2 from Google Code and then update.

Be aware: due to many changes in the code you will have to delete the tmm.odb and config.xml! (mac users: if you do not know how to delete files from within an app - just delete the whole app and redownload Alpha 2)

Working great so far, just one question. Can it be set to look for local existing art when choosing thumbnails/fanart? I'm trying to avoid the movie.nfo pointing to a url instead of a local path for artwork. Thanks!

Hi,

did I get you right: you wish to choose a local file as fanart/poster instead of the images from TMDB? (all chosen images from TMDB will be stored next to the movie)
or do you only want to have the local file written to the nfo?
i suppose you are talking about the following tag:
<thumb>http://cf2.imgobject.com/t/p/w342/mH6xazzfGdszadd1Xy9JgdZYvn1.jpg</thumb>

may i did not get it right from the xbmc speification: are there local paths allowed in this tag? If they are allowed, then its no problem to store the path of the downloaded poster in this tag!

the app works great, I use the imdb scraper for its votes, and at this moment I can only say that it works as it should. Thanks a lot!!
