Great because there isn't any manager that does it yet and doing it via xbmc is not ideal

Hi. Ember deals with sets (see http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=116941&page=1).

But besides sets, it would be great to have also movie tags management. They are similar, but one movie can only have belong to one set, which now is scrapped from imdb in some cases, while a movie can have several tags. To add a set/tag to a movie, the only thing needed is to add a line to the .nfo file: <set>setname</set> , or <tag>tagname</tag>

I'd love to see tags integrated in the tinyMediaManager!

Thanks

Would be great if you could implement a multiple movie id check. So you could clean your Database if you have to much movies Wink

hi empty,

any thoughts how this "duplicate" check should work? in tmm there is a basic duplicate check based on the movie-folder (a folder isn't added twice to the database).
maybe you could guide me how i can add dulicates?

thanks

For example you could check if there exists an imdb/tmdb ID more than once. If so, you could filter the movielist, so only the duplicates were shown.
You could use for example the "Ember Manager" its doing it very well with only one click on a checkbox.

just pushed r94 to the update server:

21.12.2012 - Beta - r94
added feedback and bug report form (now its possible to send feedback and bug reports directly from tmm)
added duplicate search
added movie tags
added imdb.de as imdb source (don't expect good results - there are many movies with no plot/tagline; imho plot/title/tagline from tmdb works better)
some minor ui fixes

Small update:

Oracle recently updated Java 7 to 7u10 (Java 7 Update 10) - this fixed the bug which caused tmm to crash after startup.

Now its possible to use tmm in Java 7!
