Thanks for looking into this issue. I believe it may have been more than just Kodi dealing with it as my JellyFin server had problems scraping the same episodes previously as well.
I concur. Mezzmo had similar issues too with some TVDB episodes not populating due to not being found on TVDB. The issue only seemed to impact certain TV series, not all. It appears to be resolved now.
