Dougie, what made you choose this over the intel i3 3225 with the hd4000 igpu?

I haven't had a chance to test any Trinity hardware yet because I could not find a mini-ITX motherboard until today. I decided to test the top of the line 65W TDP APU in my line of cases for suitability. I already know the i3-3225 works because I've built a few of those now. I'll be sure to report back power consumption with picoPSU and how temperatures fair in the little mini-ITX cases. If all goes well, then the next generation of A6-PACK v2.0 barebones will be ready!
For my personal use, I'd pick the Trinity APU for my living room HTPC because I had problems there with Intel 2000 HD graphics and live TV (1080i football on CBS). I think it might have been the 29/59 bug which using an AMD HD5450 fixed. I'd like to take my large micro-ATX living room HTPC and have it be a mini-ITX build. With the live TV issue, the APU makes sense. I also use that machine for ripping and some other things and have an eye towards some gaming, maybe for the kiddos on that HTPC so I went A10-5700. It's also only $20 more than A8-5500 and I am not looking to save $20 on the one part you can't upgrade a piece of only whole.
