Win XBMC crashing when openning film folder
#1
AS said in title xbmc crashes when trying to open film folder. It send me a message saying: Program: C:/Program File (x86)/XBMC/XBMC.exe
File: libavFormat/utils.c
Line 2195
Expression: s->[i] ->start<=s->chapter[i+1]->start
For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure,
see the visual C++ doc on asserts

(Press Retry to debug the application - JIT must be enabled)

Then when I retry it crashes.. And when I try to play some MKV files, it just crashes... but not all of my MKV files... and also it just don't add the mkv files that make it crashes to my library .

Here's the Log : http://xbmclogs.com/show.php?id=19847&hash=55083446
I also have some crashlogs but did not opened them so far.

Any idea?

Thanks

Not much use with a password protected link.

Is this Frodo? It shouldn't assert in the same manner I believe.

Search the forums. ffmpeg bails out on security related issues. In your case there are double entries for chapters. clean that from the mkv and you're fine.

Again search Smile I can't remember the name but one user had a tool to repair those broken chapters and ofc removing the movie will work but I assume you would want to keep them.
