Help with Video settings. Think my card can only do 720p and it's choppy on the 1080p

Just switched main TV's to a 1080p Samsung from a 720p Samsung and my video is now choppy using XBMC. I don't care about 1080 on the HTPC/XBMC just want my 720p videos to run right.

Hoping it's a setting. I tried to adjust the resolution on 'video output' in XBMC settings but didn't help so far. I ran one 1080p movie using VLC and it's not choppy so seems like the issue is with XBMC. Here's my video card

If you haven't update the latest AMD driver, you can update it from here- AMD Driver Autodetect.....in AMD CCC video/quality, you can disable everything other than "Enforce Smooth Video Playback".

In XBMC system\settings\video\playback, ebable DXVA2 and select "Auto detect" as Render Method.....

>HOW-TO Bitstreaming using XBMC
I refused to watch movie without bitstreaming HD audio!
