is there anyway to have the OSD "self clear" or clear itself after say 10 secs?

Which OSD... music, video? How did you invoke the OSD? Please be specific.

take video for example, the video osd, with the option to play, stop, pause etc, id presume its the enter key that would be pressed if a video is playing. sorry i`m using my tv remore via hdmi-cec.

If you're using a mouse, moving the mouse pointer automatically displays the player controls OSD while watching a video and, after a few seconds of mouse inactivity, the OSD will close on its own. If using keyboard, M or Enter will display the OSD. Pressing M, Backspace or Escape will close the OSD. For a remote, you should be able to close the OSD using a button that sends the Back or PreviousMenu actions.

yeah i understand that, im asking is there anyway it can auto clear after 10 secs etc?
