This Darryl Baker guy needs to learn2MSpaint some more: n2box.ca

On another website he has he also offers web design services.

He also gives out way too much information about himself, including the address where he works at (some bar in Canada).

The OP seems a bit circumspect about exactly what's going on. He bought a box from some local vendor that came preinstalled with some software. He later wiped out the preinstalled software and installed his own. Somehow the vendor found out about this (how?) and is now threatening to sue the customer? Why? On what grounds? What isn't being told here?

Or is the OP buying up a bunch of these branded boxes, modifying them (new software) and reselling them on the open market and the vendor got wind of this and is threatening to sue because these modified boxes (still with the vendor's brand on them) are a misrepresentation of the vendor's product?

Or is OP = vendor, and this thread is just a sly way to drum up sales or website hits?

Call me a cynic, but something's not kosher here. Waiting for the other shoe to drop...
