I compiled clean XBMC and PVR plugins from git (git reset --hard; git clean -xfd; git pull; ./bootstrap; ./configure; make), removed pvr.hts from addons dir, installed PVR HTS plugin from ZIP. But I can't activate new PVR plugin, I receive error message:
ERROR: PVR - Add-on 'Tvheadend HTSP Client' is using an incompatible API version. XBMC minimum API version = '1.6.0', add-on API version '1.5.0'

Edit: When I used XBMC ALPHA7 PVR plugin was working OK.
Edit: Solution: delete pwr.hts from userdata dir.
