Despite putting them all there Only Art Downloader is available to install (regardless if they are there or not).
Also the Aeon Nox is not there selectable either. I am relatively familiar with XBMC and know how to add skins, several skins are available inc Aeon Nox 3.6 but V4 is just not there.....

Ok its now working!! I have two versions of XBMC Eden and Frodo. I switched back to Frodo and lo and behold all addons were now available. Thanks for help.
