Hello, i am totaly new in XBMC and still using MediaPortal.

I have read a lot and want to use XBMC and DVBViewer (Fastswitch).

How i have to install my Ambilight in XBMC is perfectly explained in this thread.
But what i want to know: are my lights flashing also in DVBViewer if i switch to TV ?
Or how can i handle this !? Thanks for any hints...

Bit of a novice here when it comes to things like this so bear with my potentially stupid question.

Does boblight replace the Processing IDE that is mentioned in the Adafruit tutorial or is it required as well?

Does anyone know who created the boblight calculator site (http://sanya.tarhelyszolgaltato.eu/)? It seems to be down and I'm far too lazy to start writing a config file manually!

Could anyone provide me with a 50 LED config file in this formation:

Thanks Smile

Is there any other link to the boblightd.zip file - both links are showing that the website is down.

still working for me...

I was wondering where the files come from since I cant find an official source and only some stuff from different forums hosted somewhere.

Would be nice to know what the latest version is.

Problem with this is its for SEDU lights so the start LEDs is not working for most other setups (that start in the middle of the tv) and stuff like the prefix is wrong.
otherwise its great.
