DTS-HD / True-HD not support on AMD GPUs just on OpenElec or all versions?
#1
I saw on the OpenElec Blog "XBMC AudioEngine (DTS-HD / True-HD not support on AMD GPUs)"

Is this exclusive to OpenElec or does this apply to all of Frodo (mainly Windows for me)?

Thanks,
JOe K.

Its a AMD driver limitation on Linux in general, if you use windows this does not apply. Go yell @amd who are making you spend extra $$

I've added this info to the wiki to make it widely available http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Aud...x_in_Linux

Well at least it works on Windows (for me). Looks like I won't be setting up an OpenElec version Sad
