In previous versions of XBMC, the album rating system was on a scale of 0-10, so all my .NFO files contain ratings in that range. When importing albums from .NFO files under Frodo Beta 1, anything over 5 is rounded down to 5. Anything 5 and under remains the same. Now it seems that all the mediocre albums in my collection are instant classics!

Movies & TV Episodes appear to remain on a 0-10 rating system.

If anybody else is using MySQL to manager their libraries, I have written a php script that will take your old ratings (scale 0-10) from your Eden database, divide by two (and add 0.5 if the initial rating is an odd number, as allmusic.com did during their redesign), and update the entries in our Frodo database (scale 0-5). If anybody's interested, let me know and I can supply the script.
