Thanks everyone for all your help and I finally got XBMC installed on my raspberry pi. Once its installed I get this: does anyone know how to get in and change the resolution? I can't at that page it will not let me scroll down or to the right. Thanks.

I think you need to Ssh into it and delete the guisettings.xml, then reboot.
