Win Windows 8 Music App as external player?

http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...pid1246914Hey everyone,
I'm brand new to this forum, and having recently downloaded xbmc I have to say it's pretty great.

I run Windows 8 and am wondering:

Is it possible to set the Music App (metro ui) as an external player? I ask because Xbox Music Pass songs are drm protected and thus can only play in that app. Ideally i'd like to have xbmc play all my songs except the Music Pass songs.
Is it possible to use the playcorefactory to do this? I know other players are possible but does it work with metro apps as well?

I saw a couple threads that dealt with launching metro apps but am unsure if this is what I'm looking for.

If anyone already knows an answer or different method I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks in advance!

Actually if you define Music as your default media player, you just have to open an audio file with explorer to directly play it into Music :

Code:
explorer "C:\Users\Angelscry\Desktop\test\audio.mp3"
