I compiled new OpenElec version with XBMC Frodo RC1 and smaller a/v buffer. I watch two long online movies and no freeze and crash.

I just wanted to pop in this thread and say THANK YOU to everyone who is helping to solve this pesky issue. I have been having the same issues with not only HD streams but also some good quality SD streams.
Unfortunately I have not had the time to dedicate to grabbing logs and posting them. I am hoping that with Jas0npc, popcornmix and rjeb (as well as others) working on this together a fix will be found within time.
THANKS AGAIN!

By chance anyone of you used : skin.immersive, it brings in a script service.skin.widgets which holds a lock to the player and produces memory consumption.
Edit : Forgot to mention it is in ~/.xbmc/addons/
