Linux WinTV PVR-250

Hey everyone, I need help with tvheadend

I'm trying to setting it up last 3 days with a WINTV-PVR-250 and xbmcbuntu

I'm new to linux. I log in my HTPC trough Putty for terminal mode.

I first have to ivtv-tune -c3. Then I can cat /dev/video0 > /home/xxx/test.mpg and have a working mpg file. That tells me that my tv-tuner is working.

I went to web admin for tvheadend, i select my tv-tuner card and have no automatic channels so, I go to services and add channel 3 setting the frequency to 61250 as were sets with the ivtv-tune -c3 in terminal

When I launch Live TV in xbmc and chose Channel 3, I lose TV signal until I reboot. I can't have a signal in xbmc, I can't have a signal with cat in terminal, I'm lost!! Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I'm on ubuntu 11.10 with xbmc v12 beta 3 from ppa and tvheadend v3.2.18

Here is my log:

Wow, 4 days of trying I just made it!!!

I had to manually edit a config file for it to play on NTSC Analog Tuner before compiling it look here:
https://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/proj...adend_NTSC

You have to replace some old way (svn) with new way of doing (github) look there:
https://www.lonelycoder.com/redmine/proj...i/Building

In the process maybe you will have to install openssl and libssl-dev

I get Live TV in XBMCbuntu.

Now I need to figure out how to auto-launch tvheadend with xbmc launch
I need to figure out how to set ivtv-tune -c3 with xbmc launch
and how I can record shows manually since I get content from cable box
