I am having problems with Frodo and would like to downgrade to Eden.

Unfortunately I did not back up my Eden mySQL library so do I need to rebuild? I assume the Frodo mySQL database is not compatible with the Eden build?

Unless you specifically deleted it, the Eden copy of the MySQL library DB should still be there.
