Deteriorating Audio in Frodo RC2
#1
I am running Frodo RC2 on Windows 8 with some mixed results. Of specific concern though is the audio volume and how it declines over time. It appears that if you switch to another media application (e.g. iTunes or Netflix) and then back the volume drops off in XBMC. To restore the volume I have to delete the guisettings.xml file.

Not sure if this is of help but I am using the NextPVR add-on with my configuration.

I've noticed this too - something broke it lately. It's also affecting anything requiring bitperfect output like HDCD.
System: XBMC HTPC with HDMI WASAPI & AudioEngine - Denon  AVR-3808CI  - Denon DVD-5900 Universal Player  - Denon DCM-27 CD-Changer
- Sony BDP-S580 Blu-Ray  - X-Box 360  - Android tablet wireless remote - 7.1 Streem/Axiom/Velodyne Surround System
If I have been able to help feel free to add to my reputation +/- below - thanks!
