I have got the (I think) same issue as you. My system is XBMC 14.0-ALPHA1 64bit, HTS Tvheadend 3.2, Tvheadend HTSP Client 1.9.27 on gentoo. I get the same error "could not add dvrEntry" on xbmc version 13 too so I dont think this is a v14 issue only.
