'windy' versus 'Windy' in Weather

There's a mistake somewhere in the weather strings - setting a day's property to 'Windy' always results in 'windy' on screen.

Is the best way to fix this on Transifex, or via changing the .po file and doing a pull request? Or it could be that the actual weather code is pointing at the wrong string, as Windy with a capital W is also available in transifex...
