this one but at first page in html there is no clue about second link anybody help me solve this...

Note:there is several get request from first page and video player use some playlist but i rebuild second url from responses like

'http://cdn8.video.az:1935/dvr/_definst_///mp4:pub/video/12013/6/64/578/664578722478.mp4/media_b752058_w127619897.abst/Seg1-Frag10'

and i just need the upper link somehow

The first link is not a web page. It a flash file. To find out how it generates the urls you need to decompile it and look at the source code.
