TV: Sickbeard (just renaming and sorting)
Movies: CouchPotato (just renaming and sorting)
I find the XBMC scraper does a better job than both Sickbeard and CouchPotato. I do an export every once in a while from XBMC to have the nfo files next to the video files.
Music: Spotify names everything nicely for me

therenamer to rename the files then Ember Media Manager to scrape all the info and art.
