No sound when playing trailers from apple.com

hey guys, i am new to using xbmc, great prog., i have really been missing out. i'm getting sound from shoutcast, mp3's, videos etc. however, when playing back movie trailers from apple.com i get no audio, video is ok. any idea as to what could be wrong?

do you all all the required dll's under "\xbmc\system\players\mplayer\codecs\"?, (see \xbmc\system\players\mplayer\codecs\readme.txt for the list/link)
