XBMC Ghost ISO with Roms, Emulators, and cover art

I was wondering if someone out there knows of a link to a torrent or has a link to an iso image with xbmc setup running off of a windows platform that when booted launches to XBMC directly, and also has basic emulators and roms already setup in it with the cover art and fan art. Just your basic emulators like genesis, nintendo, super nes, and stuff like that on it, It shouldn't be that big of a file maybe 10 gb or less. Probably would have to be a ghost image to install it but really don't care. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
