Windows [Frodo RC3] 2 problems

Hello again.

I'm not sure what i'm facing is a problem exactly.. or if a change is written somewhere and i haven't read it.
1) When i launch my XBMC that connects to the library database via network, even though the library is set, scanned and connected to the network, XBMC starts scanning the already-scanned movies. After a while the scanning stops with no recent additions. Why is this thing happening? It only happens to the XBMCs via network (where the movie database is not at the same computer but at a network one) and that delays the scanning of the actually-new movies and series.

2) I recently changed from the Aeon Nox 4 skin to the original Confluence and noticed that when i enter the Movie library, in Thumbnail mode, the movie thumbnails-posters sometimes lag and don't show. If i wait a while they appear, and if i scroll down, and come back up, they get lost again. Is this a bug? Does XBMC and confluence has a streaming poster database?

Thanks in advance. I'm sorry if my questions are already posed or if my problems are mentioned somewhere, from my search i didn't find any solution.

I have the same issue with thumbnails\posters\banners where sometimes takes about 10 sec for them to appear. I never had this issue with Aeon skin. Since Aeon skin doesn't work well with the latest program changes I had to also switch to Confluence and found this issue very annoying. Also should mention that I have SSD and everything else runs very fast so it is not the hard drive speed that causes this lag.
