I actually have my copy of Rapier (Modded) working with Gotham. This skin is a nightmare to convert to Gotham. I had to do so much realigning for the TV episode views.
Here is what I have done so far:
- Dialog screens (Text realigned - completed)
- TV Views (List Info 2 view, List View and Thumbs Info View completed)
- Topbar menu Text realigned - completed)
- IMDB Ratings Text realigned - completed)
- Scrolling View Text repositioned - completed) <- not quite sure what this is called. It is the Letters that show up while scrolling through movies & tv shows.
- Info View (while watching a movie or tv show text has been realigned - completed)
- Pause screen (Text, images and clearart have all been realigned - completed)
I still have to add the Settings Level button to the System Settings screen. This is proving to be extremely frustrating so far. Maybe someone can have a go at it. Other than that, the skin is performing quite well.
I will post the my modded version to anyone who is willing to help me with it. I will also post some updated screenshots of this version, especially how the metadata actors screens blend in perfectly with Rapier.
Cheers

Hi guys.
I'm currently implementing clear logos for the music library using CDArt Manager.
How do you structure your music library?
Mostly people use:
Path To Music Library / Artist / Album
Do some of you structure it differently?

Hi Jav.
Cool, thanks.
Do you use CDArt Manager and does it store the clear logos in the Artist folder?

I am afraid I don't use CDArt manager anymore, mainly because it was only doing things the way it wanted and not the way I wanted. For example: it would bring in the first CDart or album image available from fanart.tv, without giving me the choice to decide which to download amongst all the versions/variations for a particular album. This soon became very limiting and irritating because it would just contribute to an undesirable inconsistency between the specific albums in my music library and what I was visually seeing in terms of album and cdart images.

Ahaa, I see - that makes sense. Do you use an alternative or do it manually?
I still think a lot of people use CDArt Manager or clear logos in general for their music collection, and that's why I create support for it.
For now I will use the Path/Artist/... structure, since I believe most people have artist folders which contains the lgoos. But I can always make support for multiple structures.
If the user of Rapier have CDArt Manager installed, when they enter the skin settings, they will be prompted to enter the path to the music library. This can also be done manually in the skin settings under Media.

Just updated to Gotham on my mac. Is really frustrating to be without Rapier. My favorite feature on Rapier is the movies Wall view. The ability to scroll horizontally sets of 24 movies at a time is so convenient for anyone with a huge movie collection. Really miss that.
