hi,
ive tried 12/rc3 on my windows 7, which i use mainly for gaming/watching videos.
its a quad core with a ati 6800, so the performance for a little bit xvid playback is there and it works well with vlc.
every few seconds the movie stops for half a second in the windows 7 version of xbmc, what could that be?
same behavior with the rc2 live cd on a i3 laptop which is less than a year old.
in this case playback was from usb, but since its a simple xvid with maybe 200kbyte/s it shouldnt matter.
also rc3 was set to some audio output device on my pc that did probably something, just not play sound. had to change the device to get sound at all.
