Streaming from WDTV Live USB HDD
#1
Hi, I connected my raspberry pi (openelec + xbmc 12 rc3) to my wdtv live (1st gen) using smb protocol. I was able to share the usb hdd connected to wdtv live with xbmc. Video playback is fine, but fast forward/rewind functions doesn't work well. When I try them it only happens that audio goes off and video speed remains the same.

Some hints for me?

I bought my raspberry only to:
1) stream live tv from my dreambox dm800 se (and I have problem to do it with hd channels);
2) share my wdtv live usb hdd (and I have problem with fast forward/rewind functions).
Undecided

this is known issue on RPi
do a bit search and you find all info regarding this
the best you start on Openelec forum as you use that distro
