• Running KODI Matrix 19.1 on Apple TV 4K
  
• KODI accessing library content via addon for Jellyfin server.
  
• Using Arctic Horizon, Titan Bingie Mod, Arctic Zephyr Reloaded skins
  
• Manage library files using Tiny Media Manager
  
• Checked NFO files and they contain Top 250 scraping
  
• Browsing through movie library in KODI and can see Top 250 flags applied to titles in infoviews
  
• Trying to create playlist for IMDB top 250 films
  
• Rules set to either Top 250 is not 0, or Top 250 is greater than 0 returns no results.
  
• Switched to using Emby server and Emby addon but same result
  
• Trying to understand what am I missing?
  
• I know if I scrape content directly from KODI it will work

I was helping another member who was having problems with user ratings in Kodi while using Jellyfin and he ended up submitting a bug report at Jellyfin... https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=364558

Maybe same type of issue and Jellyfin has mapped something incorrectly.

I've never used Jellyfin, so I have no experience with it.

I've created a workaround that works for me.

Used the IMDB Top 250 list and sorted A-Z, used Tiny Media Manager to select matches from my library to Top 250 list, used bulk edit function to add new genre Top 250 to matching films.

Scanned Jellyfin library for updated files.

Created playlist using new Top 250 genre.
