I am using Kodi 14.1 on Android Minix neo x8h. But I have one issue in Kodi with the addon SVT Play. When I play streams there I get buffering quite often.

I have changed my advancedsetting.xml

<readbufferfactor>2.0</readbufferfactor>

</advancedsettings>

But looking at detail information when playing streams in this addon it says Cache 0 100% all the time. So somehow it seem not to be any caching. In other addons I see caching and streams are working fine. Does anyone know what could be the reason and how can I force it to cache?
