Hello everyone,

Been lurking for a week or so now and I've compiled a list for my first HTPC on a budget.

First off, what Im expecting out it:
Using a TV with 1080i

- Capable to streaming 720p content
- Capable of playing 1080p (for future television)
- Wont be ripping much

And heres the build:

CPU: AMD A4-3400 2.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($40.92 @ DirectCanada)
Motherboard: ASRock A75M-ITX Mini ITX FM1 Motherboard ($104.99 @ Newegg Canada)
Memory: Kingston 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1333 Memory ($21.52 @ DirectCanada)
Case: Apex MI-008 Mini ITX Tower Case w/250W Power Supply ($45.10 @ DirectCanada)
Total: $212.53

Already own HDDs, and optical drives I can place inside.

So, do you think it'll be able to tackle high end video?
Any reccomendations?
