Should https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/blob/master...play_d.bat extract to libshairplay instead of libnfs?

Yes. But it didn't brake anything as its only used to display what we're downloading

Ok I found it because my win32 build was failing because of a a missing raop.h I guess just touching the file triggered something.
