Win High urgent! Problem with iMON/Harmony One
#1
Hi,

i'm using the iMON with my logitech harmony one.
I configured my remote with this tutorial:

http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid...ony+remote

but I got the problem after pressing on button the iMON is sending the given command in an infinite loop. (check video)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jixMLJsvljY

the remote (harmony one) was sending just one single signal! so the remote is not the problem, but the iMON is repeating it everytime.

I already checked up all possible settings in iMON Software and Harmony One software (delay etc.) but still the same.

I also occurs in OS (not just in one application).
Can anybody help me?

*edit:

- in iMON its set to MCE Remote
- harmony one is acting as MCE Keyboard

I had the same problem. The issue appears to be driver related. If you look at your device manager, you will see multiple entries for HID Keyboard Device. One of these is causing the issue. If you uninstall the one causing the issue....the keys stop repeating. The challenge is finding out which one it is (on my machine they are all called the same). With Trial and error, you can find the right one to uninstall.

This solves the issue for me and makes IMON and Harmoney work together.

However, the next issue is that Windows will re-install the driver every time you boot up! To sort this I disabled Driver installation in the Windows Group settings (grpedit)

Hope this helps
