Is it possible to play media stored on my android with my XBMC on my Ipad? This way instead of connecting my card reader on my ipad I can ease it having the android sd card with my media files.

If you can use an app to share those files on a network, then yes. Or even just accessing the files over USB if the android device can make them look like a USB device, when using the ipad camera connection kit.
