Hello everyone! first i must say thanks for all the great work being done on XBMC! Ive been using XBMC since the EDEN version came out and has been working flawlessly across all my iOS devices (AppleTV,iPhone,iPad). Once I upgraded to Frodo my add-ons causes XBMC to crash or I get a "script failed" message for navi-x. I upgraded my iPad to frodo via Cydia, but in the Cydia repo there is no more EDEN install link, the only install is for FRODO. I was wondering if the EDEN version can be added to the Repo so I can downgrade?

im on a iPad 3 with iOS v.5.1.1.

Below are the logs I was able to find, hope that could help find any causes of the crashes and script failed errors.

Just so you know, we don't give Navi-x/IceFilms/1Channel help on xbmc.org.

However, your issue seems to be corrupt databases, and probably not any specific add-on. You might want to consider trashing your XBMC settings (in the userdata (wiki) folder. Using iFile, it's pretty easy to do) and starting those fresh. Do you have a library scanned into the iPad that would be a lot of work to recreate?

As for downgrading, open this link up in Safari on the iPad, open it in iFile (from Cydia) and select install: http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/deb/org....os-arm.deb

That should take you back to Eden. You might have to uninstall and reinstall some normal XBMC add-ons, because their updated Frodo versions won't work on Eden.

Sorry about that didn't know about the navi-x forbidden rule. I do appreciate you posting the link for Eden though, you mods may delete the thread if they wish, but in a way I hope it helps anyone for who is trying to downgrade. But first I will try trashing the user data as you said, if not I will go ahead with the downgrade. and no not a big library in the iPad, thank god! thanks a lot I appreciate it.

Edit: After trashing the userdata it still failed to launch the program and still crashed when opening some video add-ons, so I went ahead and downgraded. All is well now, thanks again!

I had the same issue with my iPhone 4 and iPad 3 on 5.1.1. After updating to 12.0 through cydia no programs or addons would open even navix. It would say script failed. I even went to settings and updated every addon. Still scrips would fail. I downgraded with the above link and all is well again.
