Updating from Eden to Frodo failing
#1
I've run through the command line install on the Wiki, and getting the following errors output from the ssh. Just to be helpful I've included how much free space there is at the bottom of the ssh log. I'm using Apple TV 2, currently on XMBC Eden, ios 5.1:

when it asks "Install these packages without verification [y/N]?" you need to hit "y".

i dont get the option to hit Y, it just jumps to the next line without letting me try:

E: Some packages could not be authenticated
Apple-TV:~ root# Y

i was getting that error also when i was copying/pasting the commands. when i typed them myself it worked though. im guessing it was adding an extra enter key or something that was screwing it up. this was using putty.

Manged to fix it by installing NitoTV and upgrading through that. Think you're right about the extra enter key though
