TV Logo not being downloaded upon request

When under TV SHOWS > INFORMATION > GET LOGO > LOGO, no logos, clearart, etc ever get downloaded and applied. Looking at the log, the request returns the proper logos, urls, everything, but I always get the error window "Not Found/No logo found!" and forced to click OK.
