I've setup my build env and compiled XBMC from Empat0 git (thanx Empat0 for your great work)
I've finished with this apk, tested it and don't know if it uses hw acc but videos wich didn't work on my mele a1000 are now working
here's the apk, if someone could tell me if it's hw acc i'll be grateful:

at start it is a bit choppy though but that might be my slow tablet

SD / AC3 / AVI : CPU 60-80% ~ 24 FPS - fluid
HD M2TS (disney Bluray trailer) : CPU 100% ~ 25fps - fluid
4K / MP4 ... not starting.. but thats no pain for now ;-)

Thanks! I can confirm it works fairly well for me on some cheapo generic chinese 7" tablet branded "Storex eZee Tab 7 COLOR"

There are some sync issues, but I can perfectly live with those - this is for sure HW accelerated now as opposed to what was before.

I have tried this build, but I'm having two problems. First, I have all my multimedia on shared HDD of one PC, which I can't access from XBMC (other builds of XBMC I've tried could access it). Second problem is screen resolution. In settings, it says I'm using 1280 X 720p resolution, but on TV, XBMC GUI is bigger than screen (TV is Full HD 1920 X 1080p). Hope someone could help me solve these problems with some suggestions.

not sure if thats an issue of this compilation or a general android problem?

I've tested with SMB share and it's working fine! try to upgrade to ICS if not yet.
For TV resolution, try changing the zoom mode from TV Menu to 'full' that can get it working!

I think it is a problem with your ISO - I tried to reproduce it here and my ISO played without problems. Need to try a few more...

After testing with the add-on Wareztuga. I noticed that the films are of low quality presentation. Is it still not be the final version? Will it improve?
