I am already using the latest stable version.
XBMC (12.0 Git:20130127-fb595f2), Platform: Windows 7 SP1 64-bit, build 7601.
All devices are connected via HDMI cable.

I will try as soon as possible.
If it can be useful the problem occurs at the time of approx 14:53 in the log file.

I went through the log and there doesn't seem anything really wrong, however Realtek drivers in conjunction with AMD GPU's don't always seem to play nice with the redesigned audio system in Frodo.

I uninstalled the Realtek driversbut the problem remains.
After 14-15 minutes the sound stutters for a few seconds (it seems to me also that the fps decrease) and after about 14-15 minutes it happens again.
It is the same effect that would get putting and removing the paused quickly.

I did other tests with other files and I found that the problem ALWAYS happens after 14 minutes and 36 seconds (audio passthrough to the AVR).
With files with AAC audio (PCM to the AVR), the audio, after the usual 14 minutes, becomes distorted for several seconds.
During playback of files with AAC codec I also noticed occasional “click noise”.

Which would mean missing the issue.
System: XBMC HTPC with HDMI WASAPI & AudioEngine - Denon AVR-3808CI - Denon DVD-5900 Universal Player - Denon DCM-27 CD-Changer
- Sony BDP-S580 Blu-Ray - X-Box 360 - Android tablet wireless remote - 7.1 Streem/Axiom/Velodyne Surround System
If I have been able to help feel free to add to my reputation +/- below - thanks!

Comparing the two that log is *much* different. It would appear to be throwing out a ton of packets, which it wasn't in the first log.
If I had to guess based on the second log it's a bad DTS mux, and DVDPlayer is constantly skipping packets trying to match the timestamps.
