Thanks it worked, I then removed everything and started over as I had xbmchub installed and that got messy with lots of broken plugins which I removed by using: hxxp://www.xbmchub.com/blog/2012/10/10/how-to-uninstall-the-xbmc-hub-wizard-from-your-device/
On clean install I found out that the iconpack must be installed first as it is a dependency, also used iFile app to do the install for me. Here some steps for others:-
Must have iFile installed from Cydia and OpenSSH and MobileTerminal
Ensure root and mobile user password changed (default: alpine) - Just for safety not required for actual install
Auto Install
get xbmc .deb -->
http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/deb/
open via iFile and select Installer (done)
icon pack is needed and must be installed first.
Manual Method
wget
http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/deb/org....os-arm.deb
wget
http://mirrors.xbmc.org/apt/ios/deb/org....os-arm.deb
dpkg -i ./org.xbmc.xbmc-iconpack_1.0-0_iphoneos-arm.deb
dpkg -i ./org.xbmc.xbmc-ios_11.0-0_iphoneos-arm.deb
rm ./org.xbmc.xbmc-iconpack_1.0-0_iphoneos-arm.deb
rm ./org.xbmc.xbmc-ios_11.0-0_iphoneos-arm.deb
