I've just bought an imito MX2 under android 4.1.1 and I want to use it only for XBMC.
My question is to know if a soft exists to launch XBMC during boot in fullscreen mode ?

Check out Android FAQ (wiki). That has a link to an app that will let you start up XBMC on boot, and if you have problems hiding the Android nav bar, it has some suggestions for that as well.
