I think that Mali GPU 3D acceleration is working in the Feb 8/13th Ubuntu releases, but they don't have H264/MPEG2/VC-1 VPU (I think Samsung call it MFC?) hardware acceleration for video decoding yet.
I think some of the guys in these parts might be working on it though ?
