I tried to report a bug in frodo, but it looks like it ended up under future releases?
I thought i had tried to open it up under frodo planned bugfix is there a way to move it?

The ticket looks correct to me. It's listed as a "new bug" for veresion "12.0 "Frodo" Final". You can't assign it to a specific milestone, that will be done by a developer when the issue has been fixed.
Always read the online manual (wiki), FAQ (wiki) and search the forum before posting.
Do not e-mail Team Kodi members directly asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules (wiki).
Please read the pages on troubleshooting (wiki) and bug reporting (wiki) before reporting issues.
