XBMC Remote on a Pebble Watch?

I thought of the same thing, and if you have an iPhone, you can use the Constellation app for this as it sets XBMC to the default media buttons on the iPhone. So if you start Constellation on the iPhone, you can then use your Pebble to play/pause and skip back/forward just like if you were playing music on your iPhone.

Same trick probably works with other XBMC remote apps for both iOS and Android as well, but I find Constellation to be the very best XBMC app, so you might wanna check that out anyway Smile

Just downloaded and am going to give it a try. Looks like iWatch not coming until Christmas now ... that would have made it easier I think if it runs iOS.

I'm working on an XBMC Pebble remote that will work via the http api, basically install an app on your android, push the watchface to your pebble and basic controls like the music app will be available for the pebble, currently I have play/pause working, it is super handy when you want to pause the tv without app switching on your phone or tablet to the remote.

I've literally just today updated the android-xbmcremote app with something that'll do this. See here. Essentially tricking the pebble into thinking it's a music player (as, from a glance, it seems was discussed here XD). Hopefully it'll get into the main branch but you may wanna just compile my source because it is so awesome!

Do you think that we will be able to put it on the Galaxy Gear 2?
