Installed this last night and got it working nicely.

A couple of questions:

1. Everytime I start up XBMC it takes a few minutes to fetch the channels and then starts loading in the epg for them all, should this happen?
2. With recording, I presume its set to default record on the VU+ box, is it possible to record on my Mac if i press record??

1) yes, this is normal. I suggest to only fetch the bouquets / channels you really use and not all that are available.

2) the recording will always happen on the backend.

Thanks for the info. Is there anyway to stop it from getting the epg every time i open XBMC?
