XBMC 13.0-ALPHA1 GIT: 1d92d14. TBS 6981 DVB-S2 card. Radeon HD 6570 Catalyst 13.1 drivers. TV Headend.

On UK freesat XBMC reports on HD channels what I believe is the correct 50fps input rate for DVB-S2.

However SD channels report 25fps input and I'm seeing judder.

Can anyone confirm 50fps should also be reported for SD channels?

You have not enabled Deinterlacing for the SD channels. Go into the video settings menu in the OSD and set deinterlacing to 'Auto', and then set it as the default globally.
